As we would expect at this time of year, and in spite of the current general economic gloom, we are experiencing a slight improvement in the market. It is becoming a market where buyers are able to negotiate, with many property owners prepared to be flexible.

We also have cases where owners will accept payment in sterling, so for those based in the UK there is a possibility of negating the recent changes to the exchange rate.
